Module 1: Why Eat Plants?

Rich explains why your health deserves a plant-based approach, and how it’s actually a lot more necessary than society makes you think. He’ll also review some common misconceptions about his diet, such as not getting enough protein and feeling tired all the time—it’s actually quite the opposite!

Module 2: Let’s Get Started

Getting started is often the hardest part, but Rich and Julie will guide you through the tools you’ll need, the best ways to track your progress, and of course, how to prepare your grocery lists! They’ll also explain the importance of getting necessary nutrition through your diet, how to avoid less-than healthy “vegan” foods, and how to squash pesky cravings.

Module 3: Preparing Everyday Plant-Based Meals

Rich and Julie will share with you some of their favorite recipes for any time of day. You’ll learn to make delicious juices, un-tuna, “one bowls”, as well as some tasty snacks and treats!

Module 4: Optimal Strength, Speed & Endurance

Contrary to conventional wisdom, plant-based foods are actually the ultimate premium fuel for the athlete. In this module, Rich will cover why this is the case, and how to eat before, during, and after your work out for optimum results.

Module 5: Real World Challenges

Since plant-based diets are in the minority, you may face a few challenges when it comes to real world activities (i.e. when you can’t cook for yourself). Rich and Julie will share some of their personal struggles, and how you can navigate these challenges with ease.

Module 6: What’s Next

You may think you’re helping out the environment by recycling, but the most effective way to reduce your carbon footprint is actually to eat a plant-based diet! Learn more about this and some of the lesser known emotional and spiritual benefits of this lifestyle.
