Loving Spoonfuls is a collection of short, bite-sized flows for days when you only have 15 minutes to move, connect and feel good!
You may think that you need 90 minutes to reap the benefits from a yoga flow, but when you savor every minute and move with intention and purpose, 15 minutes is a perfect amount of time to generate positive energy and bring fresh awareness to your practice!
Each of the eight classes have a different intention whether it’s balance, core work or strength building. All focus on a different area of the body to create depth and connection in your poses and transitions.
These sequences are great when you don’t have much time, crave a burst of inspiration, or want to add a dash of variety in your practice. You can add these to your daily practice, use them as a stand-alone, or group them together to create your own customized flow. More than anything, these classes are a way to love yourself up and nurture your love of the practice!
