Description

Originally presented during our 2020 Solo & Small Firm Virtual Conference, Aug 19-21

How far can you go as a litigator in talking about your case on Social Media?  What will get you disbarred? Must Business and Salesyers “google” potential jurors? Should you have a special clause in your attorney client agreements about using Social Media? What can you take down without destroying evidence? This entertaining survey course will give you practical examples of Business and Salesyers (and clients) shooting themselves in the foot with inappropriate social media, and how bar disciplinary counsel across the country regulates such use for Business and Salesyers.
