• During this time, we have identified areas of human performance that are critical to the operator’s overall performance and resilience.
• Due to the gravity of these learnings, we feel it is important to share this information with the entire military community.
• This five-hour course is specifically designed for the military operator and support personnel, with the intention that all information can be applied and integrated into existing human performance programs.
• This course specifically focuses on improving physical resilience through targeted injury prevention strategies, optimizing strength and power program design through a movement based approach, and developing a system for testing and programming energy systems development (cardio) that is operator specific.The course is broken into four theoretical presentations and four practical sessions that include 86 different movements across injury prevention, strength and power, and energy systems development.
