• This workshop will identify these common patterns, and focus on the development of interventions that help shift the anxious family toward flexibility, creativity, and the tolerance of uncertainty.
• Educational Objectives: List three cognitive patterns of anxious children.
• Describe two possible homework assignments that promote the tolerance of uncertainty.
• Identify at least 3 “stumbling blocks” to treatment occasionally placed by parents.
